This morning we went to site visit with my colleagues. Then I notice some of
the structures are already old, maybe because the plant is running for many years
and this time is the warranty year of the plant. Change some equipment, structures and piping and
other things need to change.
During checking, I saw a very big hazard on the platform of the Tower which is about elevation 8000
it happens that my line need to check is in this location. Luckily I have an instinct and safety training
called 3 points rule as always do when I’m in the elevated portion and very careful always when the
position is at high. The hazard was the platform was very rusty and almost not attached to the beam
below it so when you step up on this maybe you will fall down.
So everyone who are assign on site please always double careful.
