先月７月１９日金曜日に川崎市主催の『外国人留学生のための合同企業就職説明会』に参加しました。今回の約２００名ほどの留学生の方が来場しました。
その後、約２時間の各ブース毎での就職説明会を弊社会社案内を配布、説明をし、実際の業務で使用しているソフト、私達が行っているプラント配管設計がどのような形で世に出るのかをノートPCでのスライドで説明を行いました。
結果、ベトナム、ミャンマー、中国、ネパールの方とお話しすることが出来、非常に良い収穫が得られました。また、彼らの日本での働くという意識、数年で習得した日本語の能力の高さにも驚かされました。我々も同様の高い意識をもって頑張らなくてはいけないと感じました。
We participated in “Job festival for foreign students” by Kawasaki city on Thu , Jul 19.
About 200 foreign students visited in this time.
After that about 2 hours of job information briefings in each booth.
We distribute the company brochure and explain for software used in actual work, what kind of plant piping design we are doing with explaination in a slide on a laptop PC whether it will be in the world.
As a result, I could talk with people in Vietnam,Myanmar, China, and Nepal.
I had a very good harvest was obtained and I was also surprised by their awareness of working in Japan and the high level of Japanese language skills they have acquired in the past few years.
We also felt that we had to work hard with the same high awareness.
